General Terms & Conditions

Your access to this web site is subject to the terms and conditions set out in this section and elsewhere on this web site, as amended from time to time ("Terms & Conditions"). Your access to and/or use of this web site constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Use.

The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the State of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

Perfect Traveller reserves its right to amend the Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any such amendments shall become effective upon their publication on this web site. Since you are bound by these Terms & Conditions, we recommend that you regularly refer to them.

Download License

All downloads from this site are subject to a software license between you ("Licensee") and Perfect Traveller.  Purchased audio recordings, fact files, images, online articles and documentation (collectively "Digital Media") are licensed by Perfect Traveller to the Licensee for use only on the terms described herein.

Downloading Perfect Traveller Digital Media indicates that the end user accepts and agrees to comply with these terms.

Perfect Traveller grants to the Licensee a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the purchased Digital Media ON A SINGLE MACHINE and make one copy of the Digital Media in machine-readable form for backup purposes.  Resale or sublicensing is strictly prohibited.

License to use Perfect Traveller Digital Media is not granted until such time that all payments for each individual product are made via the Perfect Traveller online payment gateway (or alternative vendor as authorised by Perfect Traveller).

In instances where technical issues prevent a Licensee from successfully downloading Perfect Traveller Digital Media, the PT support team will do everything in their power to rectify the problem.  If the issue cannot be resolved a refund will be given for all un-downloaded products.  No refunds will be granted for successful downloads.  Perfect Traveller retains to right to determine if downloads are successful or not based on PT system records/logs.

Perfect Traveller retains title to the Digital Media in all forms whatsoever. 

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Perfect Traveller.
